Review: Missha Signature Glam Art Rouge Lipstick SPK108

This review is of the Missha Signature Glam Art Rouge lipstick in SPK108. I was in the Takeshita Street, Harajuku Missha store buying the long name ampoule (which I will review soon!) and the sales assistant directed me to some sale items. This lipstick was only ¥300. I don’t think they’re selling this shade anymore but similar lipsticks around the internet are about US$12. As an impulse buy I think that’s pretty good!

First of all the packaging is so pretty! It feels so expensive and classy. The product itself, you get quite a lot of it and it has a really cool geometric shape.

The colour is a light pink with a touch of coral. It goes on really smooth with 2 swipes for full colour.

I actually think this could be MLBB (my lips but better). It photographed a little lighter but it’s non-drying and slightly glossy – but not too much. It has no scent and no taste which is an upside! The staying power is okay but would need to be reapplied after eating and drinking. I don’t mind that, it’s how my mum raised me (she is not a fan of 12 hour lipsticks for health reasons).

Overall, I would recommend Missha lipsticks! The packaging is gorgeous, the formula is nice and easy to apply. I think shades like this make for a great every day lipstick. The price is not so bad even when not on sale.
