Mecca’s Holiday Collection

Meccaholiday

It’s that time of year again! The holiday collections have finally hit Australia with Mecca releasing their brands’ ranges today on November 10th. Let me show you what I bought and what I recommend for yourself or as that perfect gift for someone special!

Stila_Eternal_Love_Liquid_Lipstick_Set_1445957176

Stila Eternal Love Liquid Lipstick Set – $29

Stila’s gold accent and high quality products will put a smile in anyone’s face when they open this present. Liquid lipsticks are all the rage right now and this cute little pack is good quality for money and three lovely shades that can be worn for any occasion!

i-022760-full-of-cheer-2-940

Bumble and Bumble Full of Cheer – $43

Bumble and Bumble is one of those hair brands that, if you’re anything like me, you absolutely love but can’t bring yourself to splurge on yourself. Receiving this lovely set would be so amazing and finally a chance to test out that thickening shampoo!

i-022540-le-grand-chateau-1-940

Too Faced Le Grand ChΓ’teau – $70

How magnificent is this set?! Not only do you get 3 eyeshadow palettes with matching blushes and a deluxe sample of the best seller Better Than Sex mascara, but they come in this amazing box! The perfect item for anyone’s makeup table. You could also give away the palettes separately for three special friends or family members!

i-022544-better-than-sex-deluxe-1-940

Too Faced Better Than Sex Deluxe – $17

Need a stocking stuffer? Look no further than Too Faced’s best mascara in deluxe sample size, which I’ve often heard is better than the full size one, already in a special ornament packaging. Just sit it on the tree and give it to that special someone any time. This is something I bought! I can’t wait to try out this beloved mascara for myself!

i-022546-spectrum-palette-1-940

Urban Decay Spectrum Palette – $89

The second item that I hauled from the holiday collection. Technically this is a limited item with the Vice 4 as the holiday palette. Both make a great gift but I went for Spectrum as I wanted greens and purples specifically and this palette offers a better range. If you or that special someone already own a lot of single UD eyeshadows then the Vice 4 may be a better option, as this does mostly feature shades from the permanent range. But if you’re like me and haven’t bought any singles, the middle purple Flashback has been adrift in my wish list forever, then this is perfect! The simple packaging with jewelled logo is not as striking as the Vice 4 but it’s a subdued sleekness that will look great in anyone’s collection.

There we have my picks from Mecca’s range! Here’s hoping the new Australian Sephora website releases their’s soon (although I am not holding my breath). What did you haul from Mecca this season? And if you’re not Australian, did you buy any of these items when they came out too?
